The Association for the Preservation of Geneseo (APOG) will hold the second in its series of conferences on Economic Development and Historic Preservation this Saturday (April 5) at the St. Mary’s Parish Center. The conference, titled “Envisioning the Future, Embracing the Past” will run from 9:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Featured speakers include Kennedy Lawson Smith on “The Road Ahead,” David Cay Johnston on “Economic Development Subsidies: A Free Lunch?” Bob Corby on “Rethinking Planning & Preservation Priorities in Pittsford” and Evan Lowenstein on “Smart Growth Innovations: DO Try These At Home.”
